In a nutshell the success fee means we are incentivised to make sure you succeed, and boy, are we going to do our best. It allows us to keep the engagement fee as low as possible. At £799 plus VAT our engagement fee is 90-95% lower than that charged by some other Angel groups with many fewer Angels and less frequent events.You can build the success fee into the amount of investment you ask for so that your business is not out of pocket. For example if you need £50k for your business, you can ask for £53k and cover the entire cost of using Angels Den. Angels are used to there being a success fee that will need to be paid by you out of the money invested and 5% is standard in the industry.Any other questions?
