Compared to other Angel groups, we’ve set our charges at relatively low levels as we are passionate about supporting entrepreneurs in getting funding for their businesses.
To help cover the costs of the support we offer when you sign up, we charge a one-off membership fee of £799 +VAT, but the majority of our revenue comes from a 5% fee levied on the amount of funding entrepreneurs successfully raise through the Angels Den process. This means that our success is linked to your success.
Membership of Angels Den includes the following:
· a review of your plan and written response from one of our experts to ensure your proposed deal makes sense
· the ability to upload your business plan to the Angels Den system for our nationally and internationally based 3000+ Angels to view
· circulation of your plan to our entire Angel database via an update email
· the opportunity to pitch to a room full of Angels on a one-to-one basis at one of our unique SpeedFunding events
· training and practice pitching at pitching school prior to SpeedFunding
Our model means that we have a vested interest in making sure the quality of your pitch is second to none and we’ll work hard to ensure you get maximum exposure to our Angels.
We do not charge you for Angel meetings and we will never ask for an equity stake in your business. We do, however, ask that if your pitch or your strategy changes, you pay £50 to revise your Business Plan and £399+VAT to re-pitch at SpeedFunding. We can also arrange for your plan to be sent out in a one off email to our Angels and included in special publications, but the cost of these extra services will always be clearly stated.
