The New Angels Den Fund

The Best of Angels Den EIS Fund 2010 is a new Fund which allows anyone to become a ‘dragon’ and invest in Britain’s brightest, new companies. As well as supporting emerging UK companies and powering Britain PLC, the Fund is designed so that investors can spread their risk into a balanced selection of companies. We know from feedback that some of our Angels have felt reluctant because of the financial crisis in 2009 to invest directly in businesses and this Fund is designed as an alternative to direct investments while maintaining the benefit of tax relief (i.e. EIS) status for investors.

If you do not have the time to devote to direct Angel investments or if you want a convenient vehicle to spread your risk then this Fund may be for you.
